Our little buddy is 2 1/2 years old now, and it's pretty cute when he says it. He loves Daniel Tiger and often uses the word "Grrrriffic" in context because he doesn't know it's not a real word. He is potty training (the second time around) and he's doing a really great job! He loves his "breakfixt" of oatmeal, eggs and a banana. He would eat all the time if he had it his way. He has hats of all kinds that he wears all the time: cowboy, hard hat, pirate, fireman hat, and baseball caps. He sleeps with his blanket, his guitar pillow that Grandma Patti made, and his Elmo that Bentley gave him. Elmo is usually in a headlock when Jed falls asleep. Duplos are a favorite these days. He's great at puzzles that I think should be too hard for him. I think he's going to have lots of skills that DJ has. We paint with watercolors frequently and put them on the "fwidge." He'll tell you, "cheese makes my nose wun." It does. He watches Super Why and always yells his name when Wyatt asks him to. He'll guess the letters when they ask. Almost every time he'll say "O!" When it's nap time or bedtime he wants to be the guy who shuts the door, turns off the light, and picks the books. There isn't a word that I say that he doesn't hear. He loves to play with balls, jump, and stomp. He's pretty particular about the way his shoes fit. We're singing almost constantly around here and he can carry a tune. He often says, "Mama, I wanna watts a little so on the iPad." (watch a little show)
He's hilarious and it's so fun to be his mom!
